My name is Georgia and welcome to my website!
Are you tired of seeing one professional for personal training, another for your nutrition plan, and a life coach for something else? My aim is to provide a complete service incorporating nutrition, exercise and lifestyle practices.
As I have developed and learnt in my field, I just couldn’t work out why practitioners and trainers were only addressing one aspect of an individual’s health. Everybody is unique and this requires a holistic approach to medicine and movement. I value the origins of Naturopathy greatly, and it is these that have helped shape my clinic goals for my clients: the healing power of nature, identify and treat the cause, do no harm, be the teacher, prevention is far better than cure, and most importantly ‘treat the whole person’.
I grew up in sunny Australia eating a diet full of fruits and vegetables and playing every sport I could get involved in. I attended an innovative high-performance sport and education institution growing up, where I was surrounded by anybody from a strength and conditioning coach to a nutritionist, physio and digital analyst.
My career path became crystal clear after I spent three months in Southern India. I volunteered as a kindergarten teacher as well as an assistant in an Ayurvedic clinic (traditional Indian Medicine), which undoubtedly sparked my passion for natural health and helping others.
At the time I was also experiencing my own health concerns and found myself endlessly researching, so decided to go back to education. I graduated with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at London’s College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). Meanwhile, I had been working for three years as a Personal Trainer, specialising in matwork Pilates, and am continuing to grow my knowledge by undertaking a diploma in Naturopathy at CNM London. I regularly attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) conferences in the field of nutrition and exercise to maintain up to date knowledge in this fast-moving field.
During the 2020 pandemic, my world turned upside down. I lost all of my clients overnight, as gyms shut and my clinic was unable to stay open. Desperate to continue working with my amazing clients, I transitioned my business online and moved back to my hometown Melbourne, Australia. It has given me the opportunity to take clients from all over the world, and my classes and online programmes can accommodate people from multiple time zones. I feel extremely lucky to be able to travel internationally and run my own business following my passion. I want you to feel this great too!
