My name is Georgia and welcome to my website! Are you tired of seeing one professional for personal training, another for your nutrition plan, and a life coach for something else? My aim is to provide a complete service incorporating nutrition, exercise and lifestyle practices.
As I have developed and learnt in my field, I just couldn’t work out why practitioners and trainers were only addressing one aspect of an individual’s health. Everybody is unique and this requires a holistic approach to medicine and movement. I value the origins of Naturopathy greatly, and it is these that have helped shape my clinic goals for my clients: the healing power of nature, identify and treat the cause, do no harm, be the teacher, prevention is far better than cure, and most importantly ‘treat the whole person’.
I grew up in sunny Australia eating a diet full of fruits and vegetables and playing every sport I could get involved in. I attended an innovative high-performance sport and education institution growing up, where I was surrounded by anybody from a strength and conditioning coach, nutritionist, physio to a digital analyst. However, my career path became clear after I spent three months in Southern India. I volunteered as a kindergarten teacher as well as an assistant in an Ayurvedic clinic (traditional Indian Medicine), which undoubtedly sparked my passion for natural health and helping others.
At the time I was also experiencing my own health concerns and found myself endlessly researching, so decided to go back to education. I returned to the UK where I graduated with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at London’s College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). Meanwhile, I have been working for three years as a Personal Trainer, specialising in mat work Pilates, and am continuing to grow my knowledge by undertaking a diploma in Naturopathy at CNM London. I regularly attend Continuing Professional Development (CPD) conferences in the field of nutrition and exercise to maintain up to date knowledge in this fast-moving field.
