Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities to instruct and assist people in reaching their personal health and fitness goals. I recognise everybody's goals are different, so the training sessions will be completely tailored to the individual.
All around the world today Joseph Pilates' philosophies and principles including breath, concentration, control, centring, precision and flow are still practiced. The beauty of Pilates is it is vulnerable to the interpretation of the practitioner and can be adapted to suit the individual. We grow more imbalanced and crooked everyday due to our daily habits and routines, and Pilates provides a workout that will straighten, stretch and strengthen the body. Individuals find it can make a real difference to the quality of their lives by easing shoulder tension, back pain, strengthening core muscles and creating greater postural awareness.

2 X 45 minute sessions / week, every week on one easy payment plan
There is a 25% increase on all 2:1 and group sessions. Contact me for more information.
